Dr. Blecher is a graduate of McGill Medical School and completed a Comprehensive Surgical Internship at the University of Toronto.

Dr. Blecher has been with CPM Centres for Pain Management, now NeuPath Centres for Pain & Spine since 2005. He is the founding site Medical Director in Oshawa, and Consultant, Strategy & Corporate Development to the parent company, NeuPath Health. He is a founding member of the company’s Medical Advisory Board.

He worked as an urban ER physician for 25 years, while being involved in the start-up of numerous biotechnology, medical device, and private enterprise companies. He continues to sit on the Board Microbix Biosystems, Inc., a leader in the manufacturing of critical biological materials for the global diagnostics industry for human health and wellbeing and has been critically instrumental during the COVID-19 pandemic in delivering viral transport media to the Province of Ontario.

Dr. Blecher is Chief Health Officer of FH Health, a health tech start-up founded in 2019 that marshalled its efforts to help corporations and community groups fight COVID-19. Through proprietary technology and 20+ clinic locations, FH has helped ensure over $1 billion of economic activity remain open through innovative partnerships with Apple, Amazon, BMO, Air Canada, and others, and helped the Ontario government in the most recent rollout of the vaccine booster campaign. FH Health remains the largest COVID-19 reassurance testing network for travel and workplaces in Ontario.

Dr. Blecher a founder and Chief Medical Officer of Entourage Health, Inc., where he oversees medical outreach, education initiatives, research programs, clinic relationships, and product development. He remains a sought-after speaker and consultant in the field chronic pain and medical cannabis education. As a passionate crusader for harm reduction and safe, judicious opioid prescribing, Dr. Blecher has been a vocal advocate for displacing opioids, offering safer alternatives to managing chronic pain, reducing addiction, abuse, and creating safer workplaces.

Dr. Blecher is a credentialed pain practitioner with both the American and Canadian Academies of Pain Medicine and has presented workshops and seminars on the topic of Chronic Pain Management to health care professionals across Canada, and internationally, including educational workshops on medical cannabis. He helped develop the early educational material for the CCIC (Canadian Consortium for the Investigation of Cannabinoids) – widely recognized as the global leader in physician-centered medical cannabis education. He was a past speaker at IdeaCity and has presented at TEDx Toronto.
